The following items are a sampling of desserts that Hollywood Catering Company can provide. All desserts are created by Chef Pasquale National Pastry Team Champion and medalist at the World Pastry Team Championship.

Strawberry Fraisier

almond sponge cake, kirsch mousseline cream, fresh strawberries and sponge crumbs served in a martini glass
